Who We Are
Livestock Solutions is a specialist field technician team — lifelong agricultural professionals with deep expertise in animal handling. We work in partnership with the lab to deliver results that support your herd health and productivity.
Johne's and BVD blood sampling is what we do. That depth of focus means accurate, efficient sample collection every time.
Low overheads mean competitive rates. Every job is individually estimated so you only pay for what you need.
Lab results from the lab delivered directly to farmers — clear reporting on what was found and what to do next.
Both diseases are endemic across much of New Zealand and cause significant economic losses — often before any visible signs appear. Early detection is the most cost-effective form of protection.

All prices are indicative estimates based on historical job delivery, excluding GST. Your quote will reflect actual location, herd size, and requirements.

Jobs are confirmed by email or text before delivery. We agree a date that fits your programme.
Our technicians arrive, work safely through your animals, and courier samples directly to the lab.
Within 5–7 working days you receive your results — clear reporting so you can act with confidence.
Terms of Service
Straightforward expectations that keep every job running safely and smoothly.
Jobs must be confirmed in writing — email or text — prior to delivery.
A farmer or designated representative must be on-site to assist with stock handling.
Farmers are responsible for ensuring yards and facilities are safe. Unsafe conditions may result in cancellation.
Typically 5–7 working days from lab receipt. Delays outside our control are not our responsibility.
Estimates are indicative. Final invoices reflect actual hours, travel, consumables, courier, and lab fees. Payment due 20th of following month.
While every care is taken, Livestock Solutions is not liable for indirect losses, lab errors, or unforeseen stock issues.
